Accepting these terms

By creating an account on antverse.co or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. The service is operated by เมกวิน เมธีวรรณกุล.

Your account

• One account per person. Creating several accounts to collect rewards more than once is fraud under the section below.
• The information you give us must be true, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you are under 20 you need a parent or guardian's approval before signing up.

What coins and XP are, and are not

Coins and XP are in-site points that record your participation in the community. Nothing more.

• They are not currency, not a digital asset, and not an investment instrument.
• They cannot be transferred to another person and have no cash value outside the redemption terms below.
• They are not inheritable, their value is not guaranteed, and we are not obliged to preserve a balance held in breach of these terms.

The amount awarded for each activity, the daily ceiling and the redemption conditions are values we may adjust. The rates currently in force are always shown on the relevant page. Changing a rate never applies retroactively to coins you have already earned.

Cashing coins out

Redemption is open to members with author status who meet the conditions shown on the wallet page. Every request is reviewed before approval, and we may refuse or hold a request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud. Payment is made off-platform. Any tax arising is the recipient's responsibility.

Coin farming and fraud

The following breach these terms: creating multiple accounts, using automation to take quizzes or generate reads, arranging reciprocal or paid reading to inflate numbers, and anything else that produces coins without genuine participation.

Where we find it, we may reverse improperly earned coins, cancel pending payout requests, and suspend or close the account. A reversal is recorded as its own entry in your coin history — we do not delete history.

Content you create

• You keep ownership of the writing and images you upload.
• You grant us the right to publish, copy, display and adapt them as needed to present them on this site and in our own promotion, without time limit and without payment beyond the coins awarded.
• You confirm the content is yours, or that you have the right to publish it.
• We may refuse, edit or remove content that breaches these terms, breaks the law, or gives husbandry advice likely to cause harm. We will tell you why.
• Removing content later does not claw back coins already paid, except in the fraud cases above.

About the ant-keeping content

Everything here is general knowledge drawn from the authors' experience. It is not veterinary advice and is no substitute for consulting a specialist.

Keeping, breeding, importing or releasing certain species — non-native species in particular — is regulated under Thai law. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the rules that apply to you. We are not liable for losses arising from acting on this content, including the loss of a colony or harm to local ecosystems.

What you must not do

• Access, or try to access, accounts, data or parts of the system that are not yours.
• Disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Post unlawful, threatening, deceptive or infringing content.
• Use a handle or avatar that impersonates someone else.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with reasons given where reasonable. You can close your own account at any time from the account page; what happens to your data is described in the privacy notice.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the value of the coin balance in your account at the time of the event, calculated at the redemption rate then in force. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

When we make a substantive change we update the version number above and tell you through the site or by email. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the revised version. Questions go to antverse.dev@gmail.com or 097-159-9514.
